SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We ship worldwide using Canada Post. For orders in Canada and the US, shipping takes 1 - 10 business days (depending on your geographical location). For orders outside Canada and the US/International, shipping can take up to 20 business days (depending on your geographical location).
Free shipping is triggered on all orders in North America that are over $100 CAD (excluding shipping).
All orders contain a tracking number to insure your product(s) against any damages or potential loss in the shipping process.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition that you received it in. Your items(s) must be sent within 30 days of purchase (based on when the return is sent to our address not when it is received). After 30 days, we are unfortunately unable to process any returns.
We offer these returns for free. We believe in quality customer service and satisfied clientele is a priority. If there happens to be something wrong with the product(s) you’ve received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product(s) or if product(s) is/are missing), take advantage of our free returns within 30 days policy and help us help you.
You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the Message Us tab on our website. When you send us an email, title the subject “Return” and include as many details as possible, including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products. Upon receiving your email we will verify the issue and will contact you within 48 hours. If your return is justified and you send the product(s) back to our address, we will reimburse you and cover the full shipping amount. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our address.
